Valori: Secondo Schwartz (1992) i valori sono concetti o credenze che riguardano gli esiti desiderabili dei comportamenti, trascendono le specifiche situazioni e guidano la selezione o valutazione degli eventi e comportamenti. In altre parole i valori, definendo ciò che è accettabile e desiderabile, guidano le azioni e le valutazioni degli individui.
